Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Latino Health Access ("LHA," "we," "us," or "our") website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website.

SMS Communications Program (A2P 10DLC)

  • Program Description: Latino Health Access sends SMS and email alerts regarding health programs, wellness events, and community resources in Orange County.
  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on upcoming events and necessary health alerts.
  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your specific plan.
  • Opt-Out: You may cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code or phone number that sent the message. After you send the SMS message "STOP", we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
  • Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at cancer@latinohealthaccess.org or call 714-559-3636.
  • Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
